CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for our client working across civil construction projects based in Darwin, NT. This role will suit a hands-on Site Supervisor with strong experience managing day-to-day civil site operations, subcontractors, safety compliance, and project delivery within fast-paced construction environments. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site operations, trades, and subcontractors Coordinate labour, materials, plant, and equipment to maintain project schedules Conduct daily prestart meetings, site inductions, and toolbox talks Maintain site documentation, records, and reporting Work closely with the Project Manager to deliver projects on time and within budget Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve site issues Promote and enforce WHS, environmental, and quality standards Conduct site inspections and assist with incident investigations and corrective actions Lead site teams to maintain productivity and a positive safety culture Our Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within civil construction Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and site coordination Proven ability managing subcontractors and site crews Sound knowledge of WHS requirements and compliance Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Current White Card and Driver’s Licence Relevant civil tickets and licences highly regarded What We Can Offer: Salary starting at $100, 000 per annum Casual role with opportunity to transition into a permanent position Opportunities for professional development On-going work with long-term project opportunities across Darwin Supportive team environment with career growth potential How to Apply: If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in Site Supervision , please click APPLY , or submit your resume to rachel.v@celotti.com.au or contact CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 1300 235 688.
